Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

You will help shape how AI systems reason and improve through precise evaluations and explanations. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when options

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio that doesn’t match video.
• Write specific, English-language explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
