Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in written form, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking naturally in everyday conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a detailed explanation in English.
