Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what was off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating outputs, rating adherence and quality, and providing concise explanations. This is a freelance opportunity with flexible hours, paid weekly in USD.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
