Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what looks off in writing.

Contributors help shape AI systems by rating outputs, identifying distortions or inaccuracies, and providing concise explanations. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
