Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You’ll roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing. Your work locally shapes AI that learns and improves.

Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and captions, rating quality and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. Remote work is available globally, with weekly payments and access to leading tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
