Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours, and receive weekly payments. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with up to 18 USD per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in to verify.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of decisive judgement when options have flaws.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
