Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and explaining what looked off. Work remotely on your own schedule, with tasks spanning image, video, and audio evaluations and paid weekly at up to $15 per hour plus incentives.

Contributors help shape how AI systems reason and learn, contributing to frontier research while earning flexibly and with access to leading tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing a concise explanation of what looked off in each task.
