Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and compare generated images and videos to determine which adheres to prompts more accurately.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot distortions, flicker, text or audio mismatches.
• Writing a specific, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was seen or heard.
