Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring each exchange. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and capable of writing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain in writing what looked or sounded off in English.
