Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and the option to work from home or while traveling. Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches, and

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
