Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off, scoring each exchange for realism and accuracy.

You can work from home or while traveling; rates vary by project and qualifications, with weekly payments and a freelance 1099 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation.
