Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what went off, all remotely.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and evaluations. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and capable of delivering clear, evidence-based reviews.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural language.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/ replay) to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or misalignment.
• Write concise English explanations pointing to observed issues and how to improve.
