Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your evaluations help improve AI reasoning and accuracy for real-world use. Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank AI outputs for follow-the-prompt accuracy and quality.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded off in each exchange.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to identify issues such as artifacts or misalignment.
