Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, including live conversations with AI voice models and judgments on image/video prompts. You will explain what looks or sounds off and work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, comparing media pairs, and writing concise explanations to help improve AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred; exposure to AI or media review is a plus.
• Ability to think on your feet and articulate explanations clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
