Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating how well the outputs follow prompts. You will compare image and video pairs, inspect for distortions or misalignment, and provide written explanations of your judgments, all from home and on a flexible schedule.

This fully remote, contract role offers compensation up to $15 per hour with weekly payments and additional incentives. Australians, Canadians, and others are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful observation of AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and make clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting issues like distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, followed by a written explanation.
