Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will interact with AI voice models, compare images and videos to the prompts, and explain what looked off, all from a remote, flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and able to provide concise, evidence-based explanations. This remote role accepts applicants from multiple countries and offers competitive hourly pay with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, artifacts, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English detailing observed issues.
