Outlier is hiring detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and capable of writing concise, evidence-based explanations. This role offers flexible hours and remote work from multiple countries, with pay up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and explaining findings in English.
