Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
