Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write a concise, English explanation of what was observed and why.
