Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Leverage access to leading LLMs and contribute to a feedback loop that helps improve AI performance. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with earnings up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
