Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own timetable.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing careful feedback and reasoned explanations for each task, with earnings up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable speaking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English describing observed issues.
