Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating how well outputs follow prompts. You will compare image/video pairs, spot issues such as artifacts and misalignment, and provide concise English explanations of what looked off.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
Able to think clearly and decide when multiple options have flaws.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable discussing realistic situations in natural, conversational style.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to identify issues like artifacts, distortion, or audio mismatches.
Write a written explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
