Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule. Responsibilities include rating outputs and documenting evidence-based explanations for improvements.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to explain observations.
- Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in on content.
- Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
- Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
