Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare multimedia outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Your work helps refine AI systems and improve performance in real-world settings.

Successful candidates will join a global pool, with up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives. Work remotely with no minimum hours and weekly payments via standard channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, text or audio mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard, per task.
