Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work hours are flexible, and you can earn up to $18 USD/hr with weekly payments. You'll gain free access to leading LLMs and join a global team evaluating how AI systems respond to prompts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of clear decision making when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions and mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations.
