Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video outputs, explain what’s off, and provide written feedback remotely on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 per hour, with weekly payments through ACH, PayPal or AirTM. Work from home or while you travel, with flexible hours and free access to leading LLMs to assist in your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning in English.
• Flexible, able to work asynchronously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
