Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looks or sounds off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We provide access to leading LLMs and pay weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours and the option to work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning aloud.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judging adherence to instructions.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation in English.
