Outlier is recruiting detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI‑generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs to prompts, and write clear explanations of what was off. Your work helps refine AI behavior and performance.

Earn up to $18 USD per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Applicants from the United States are welcome, and you can work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts to judge adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and writing explicit explanations in English.
