Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, role-play live conversations with AI voice models, and explain in writing what looked off. You will compare generated images and videos, judge which follows the prompt better, and provide precise, written explanations in English.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs as you contribute to AI system improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication for everyday conversational speech.
• Attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
