Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer up to $15/hr, paid weekly, with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants worldwide are welcome, with preference for candidates in eligible regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide written explanations.
