Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to determine which better follows prompts, then explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot artifacts, misalignments, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why.
