Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Work remotely with flexible hours, earn up to $18 per hour plus incentives, and gain free access to leading LLMs. Your evaluations help improve AI systems in practical, real-world contexts.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural conversation and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations detailing what looked off and why.
