Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. You will earn up to $18 USD/hr with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs, plus flexible work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus when replaying or zooming in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion irregularities, or text errors.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing English explanations of what was observed.
