Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. Your role involves live conversations with AI voice models, rating naturalness and usefulness, and explaining discrepancies in writing.

You will compare images and videos to judge prompt fidelity and provide concise written justifications. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, enjoy precise feedback, and are comfortable with everyday conversational English.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Comfortable speaking and explaining in natural, conversational English.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
Inspect outputs closely, zoom in or replay, to spot distortions, artifacts, or mismatches.
Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
