Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-created images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing.

This is a flexible, remote, 1099 contract role with payments on a weekly cadence. Applicants should be fluent in English, able to describe issues clearly, and comfortable making decisions even when both options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversation.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear explanation in English.
