Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank how natural and clear each exchange sounds, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, identify errors like distortions or mismatches, and provide concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
