Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from your home or while traveling. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks off in writing, all on a remote, flexible schedule.

You'll rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, provide concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems through Outlier’s evaluation feedback loop. Remote work with earnings up to $18/hr.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly when options have flaws.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
