Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what was off, all from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on content.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English-language explanation pointing to observed issues.
