Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and write concise explanations of what stood out as incorrect or misaligned with prompts.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and comfortable with independent work. Remote work from anywhere is supported, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
Rate outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and write explanations in English.
