Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI performance.

Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have strong attention to detail, and can articulate concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Describe what looked or sounded off in writing in English.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming and replaying to spot issues.
• Provide explanations that support scoring decisions.
