Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and explaining what’s off. Work remotely on a flexible schedule, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, identifying issues, and providing written explanations in clear English. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural, conversational style.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment; describe problems.
• Write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
