Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to document clear, evidence-based explanations. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus, and US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Excellent written explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each exchange.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
