Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail, and may be pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher. Prior experience in writing concise, evidence-based explanations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing a specific English explanation detailing what was observed.
