Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, helping improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and excellent attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have; remote work from multiple countries is supported, including

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable articulating thinking aloud in realistic situations.
• Willingness to operate on a flexible, remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations in English.
