Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, conducting live conversations with AI voice models and scoring each exchange. You will compare generated images and videos to evaluate fidelity to prompts and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing written feedback that highlights errors such as distorted visuals, mismatched audio, or unnatural motion.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in real-time.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from listed countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing what was observed.
• Label or describe video captions and ensure accuracy in actions and prompts.
