• Leads complex cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, or AI initiatives from definition to implementation.
• Manages multiple concurrent workstreams with changing priorities and distributed teams.
• Strong in project planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
• Collaborates with business owners, delivery teams, architecture, data, vendors, and SMEs.
• Understands AI delivery concepts including data quality, privacy, security, and governance.
• Defines KPIs, acceptance criteria, benefits measures, and adoption plans for new products or processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in ambiguous environments.
• Requires Europe-USA overlap; comfortable with Ireland/US time zones.
• Preferred PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum/SAFe).
