Motorola Solutions seeks an AI Manager Language Models to guide the development and deployment of Large Language Model ML solutions with a focus on public safety. You will bridge AI research and production engineering to build reliable ML systems for first responders and safety professionals.

You will support a collaborative team across the complete ML lifecycle, transforming state-of-the-art language technology into dependable, real-world solutions that assist public and enterprise settings.

Competenze

• 8+ years of combined experience in ML research or a post-graduate degree in a quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of direct management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience managing an LLM-based solution from inception to market.
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of large language model driven machine learning solutions.
• Work across all stages of the machine learning lifecycle, including data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.
• Apply knowledge to public safety application areas such as 911 call handling, dispatch, and case management, and enterprise applications in retail, commercial security, and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable machine learning products.
• Create reusable components to support integration between research teams and production engineering.
