Motorola Solutions is seeking an AI Manager Language Models to guide the development and deployment of Large Language Model solutions supporting public safety applications and enterprise needs. You will bridge AI research with production engineering and lead a team across the ML lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of machine learning experience and/or a post-graduate degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• Experience managing an LLM-based solution from inception to market.
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large language model driven machine learning solutions.
• Work across all stages of the ML lifecycle: data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.
• Apply knowledge to public safety and enterprise applications such as 911, dispatch, case management, retail and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable ML products.
• Create reusable components to support integration between research teams and production engineering.
