Humana Inc. seeks an AI Learning Design Lead to design and advance learning pathways that build role-based AI skills and support on-the-job application. You will translate capability needs into practical experiences and guide design across initiatives with the Enterprise Learning - AI Team.

You’ll work with business partners, AI product teams, SMEs, and facilitators to ensure scalable, measurable, and high-quality learning solutions while supporting a remote work model with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience translating needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or tech-skilling initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult learning, accessibility, assessment, and evaluation.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled learning tools for design.

Responsabilités

• Design learning pathways with sequenced journeys and assessments.
• Lead design across digital, live, and cohort-based formats.
• Create and curate cohesive learning experiences from content.
• Apply standards for quality, accessibility, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with AI product teams, SMEs, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate work across projects, managing timelines and risks.
• Define measurement strategies and use data to improve programs.
• Create reusable templates to scale learning design.
