Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design, adult education, learning technologies, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience translating skill, business, or performance needs into measurable objectives and sequenced learning experiences.
• Experience supporting AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, or technical-skilling initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, performance consulting, accessibility, assessment, and learning evaluation.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled learning tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or comparable AI-enabled learning platforms for learning design, development, or learner support.
• Demonstrated ability to guide design work, collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways. Translate skill and performance needs into clear objectives, sequenced learning journeys, practice opportunities, assessments, and performance support.
• Lead learning design. Guide the design and development of digital, live, virtual, cohort-based, and experiential learning for AI skilling initiatives.
• Create and curate solutions. Develop, adapt, and organize content into cohesive, role-relevant learning experiences.
• Apply design standards. Use adult learning, performance consulting, assessment, and responsible AI practices to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with partners. Work with business partners, AI product teams, SMEs, facilitators, vendors, and learning colleagues to identify needs and validate content.
• Coordinate assigned work. Manage design activities, timelines, reviews, dependencies, and risks across projects.
• Measure and improve. Define measurement strategies and use feedback, assessments, proficiency indicators, and data to improve pathways.
• Support scale. Create reusable templates, standards, and approaches to improve speed and quality.
